Four Protectors of Relationships

This book covers Dr. Rick’s core values known as H=REG (humility = respect, empathy and goodwill) and takes a deeper dive into each value for a greater understanding and their implications for living a life of mature, healthy and loving relationships. You heard it mentioned in the RelateWell curriculum, now it is time to understand each of these values in more depth.

Trust Me

Dr. Rick shares the eight components of trust.  Adapting the work of Dave Horsager from his business book, The Trust Edge, Dr. Rick takes these eight components and relates them to relationships with family and friends.  Trust is more than you realize.  This book reveals “the” more.

The Way of Maturity

Dr. Rick defines maturity, and the four stages of emotional development, from infant to adult.  Then he shares over 40 statements about maturity which reveal the way of maturity in one’s life.

Friendship and Marriage

Dr. Rick shares the importance of friendship in marriage and its essential component in a healthy, loving and vibrant marriage.

Forgive Me Knot

What is forgiveness and what is it not?  And what keeps us from forgiving.  In Forgive Me Knot, Dr. Rick discusses forgiveness, defines forgiveness, discusses what it is not, and identifies over 30 forgiveness knots.  Forgiveness Knots are ways of thinking that knot our ability to forgive.

Why The Past is Present

What keeps people stuck in the present from things that happened to them in the past?  Is it the event itself?  Or something else?  Dr. Rick reveals how the stories we create from the things that happened keeps past hurts present, day after day, and how that little voice in your head is not really your friend.

Traits of Immature People

How do you recognize unhealthy and immature people?  Dr. Rick reveals the traits of immature people and the need for self-awareness as prevention from becoming one.
